Heteronuclear dual-metal atom catalysts for nanocatalytic tumor therapy

چکیده
Due to excellent catalytic activity and high atomic utilization rate, single atom catalysts (SACs) have become a rising star in the field of nanocatalytic medicine. Heteronuclear dual-atom (HDACs) retain advantages monoatomic catalysts, more optionally regulated coordination environment, possess favorable synergistic effects between different active sites, can break through restriction adsorption ratio SACs, making them most ideal candidates for tumor therapy. In this review, we first introduce advanced characterization methods HDACs. Then, HDACs application fields are classified elaborated according various preparation strategies. According pharmacodynamic mechanisms, therapy is emphatically introduced. Finally, concise but focused summary perspective provided outline current challenges prospects future development oncology
